|
•3-5 years minimum of full-charge bookkeeping and financial management experience is required. •Candidate must have the background and experience in all facets of the accounting management of a $7-10 Million annual revenue company. Should be able to identify business opportunities, cost control, and concerns with the ability to develop appropriate strategies to address each. •Candidate must be able to prepare financial statements and have the ability to evaluate financial results, appropriately relating financial performance to financial plans. •An understanding of budgeting, forecasting and analysis for a multiple office setting. •Candidate must be able to manage the financial and administrative staff with clear guidance and instruction. •Mathematical aptitude as well as good written and verbal communication skills. •Must be able to use normal office equipment such as a fax machine, copier, multi-line phone system, 10-key calculator, computer equipment and peripherals. Computer software knowledge required: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Peachtree Accounting software and Deltek Vision Software.

EDUCATION:
•A minimum of a Bachelors degree (BA) in Accounting is preferred, however, a similar degree in Finance will also be considered .
LICENSES/CERTIFICATION:
•CPA certification preferred
